When you really need them they go out of their way to help. I find the waiting room old fashioned a little depressing such closeness of chairs will share ailments very easily.

I always have found the receptionists to be kind, caring, helpful and they remembered who you are and why you are there which is a feat as the number of patients. Shigh, the GPs I have seen have acted promptly and efficiently with health and medication issues. I moved to this surgery from Rodney Load, and find them 100% better in every way, being able to see 1 or 2 Gps who know you is imperative.
